At the heart of our club is the challenging but rewarding Old course; acclaimed as one of the finest inland courses in Wales. The Old course will test the most accomplished golfer with its varied shape and contoured greens, challenging bunkers and water hazards. Challenge yourself on the Old course which opened in 1962. Since then the course has played host to a number of high profile tournaments including 12 European tour events and the 1996 Solheim Cup. Boasting 6 Ryder Cup Captains as past champions. 18 holes, 7,028 yards. Par for course: 72 Ken Cotton designed the original Old Course in 1961. European Golf Design architect Ross McMurray extensively remodeled it in 2008 with new tee complexes, reconstructed bunkers and a testing dogleg par 5 on the 7th hole. Designed around an 11-acre lake lined with century-old trees. Signature hole is the 18th, requiring a precision shot 235 yards across the lake's edge to a raised green

18 holes, 5,730 yards. Par for course: 68. Remodeled in 2008 by Ross McMurray Enjoy a picturesque play experience Ideal for a morning game or a refreshing end to a day of sightseeing. Aesthetic enhancements include lovely pathways and bridges. Signature hole is the 14th, crossing two rivers. The Mathern course par 4 14th hole is the gem of the course. At a challenging 445 yards, played across two separate stretches of water. A confident and accurate tee shot will leave the player a mid iron second shot.

Our junior golf program features friendly instructors, a kid-friendly curriculum and other young golfers they can meet. Plus they'll get extra practice with Kids Golf-4-Free, our program giving youths 15 and under complimentary practice when accompanied by a paying adult.
