  • Signage will be placed throughout our hotel to encourage social distancing.
  • Restaurant and bar seating will be limited to maximum amount allowed by local and state health mandates.
  • Partitions have been placed at the front desk.
  • Paper menus will be used in restaurant and bar areas.
  • Following Illinois staffing guidelines in regards to Illinois local mandates.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers distributed throughout hotel.
  • Ice and hydration stations have been turned off with signs stating to request items from front desk.
  • Single print a la carte menus will be placed in rooms, or will be uploaded to electronic presented version on TV.
  • Coffee makers will be placed in room but coffee setup will be available at the front desk.
  • All staff will have face masks and PPE at all times. All high-traffic areas will have constant cleaning.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

  • Fitness Center: Open but with limited amount of people in fitness center. Keys can be checked out at front desk.
  • Lounge and Restaurant: Limited capacity.

Willby's Restaurant:

  • 6:00am -11:00am - Breakfast
  • 11:00am - 9:00pm - All-Day

Willby's Lounge:

  • 4:00pm - 9:00pm Lounge Service

  • 6:30am - 10:30am Daily
