Hotel Policy:
A guarantee of attendance is due to your event representative 72-hours in advance. IF not received the estimated number of attendees will default to the guarantee. All guests must be aminimum of 21 years old to purchase or consume alcohol on property. A room re-set fee of $250 will apply per room for all room set charges made on site. If you have any concerns regarding food allergies, please contact your event manager. To ensure safety for all our guests and to comply with local health regulations, outside food and beverage is not permitted in the hotel.
Taxes:
- Food & Beverage tax 8.25%
- Meeting Room Rental tax 6%
- Room Occupancy Tax 6%
- Service Charge tax 8.25%
**To qualify for tax exemption, the organization must provide a valid tax exemption certificate in advance of arrival. Please note that two separate tax exemption certificates are required for state and occupancy tax.

Bartending & Action Station Policies
If you are using bartenders or action stations here is what you need to know about our policies.
Service Charges
An additional 25% taxable service charge is added to all food, beverage, meeting room rental, and audio visual items.
Attendant & Action Station Fees
All action stations and any carved items will require an attendant fee of $150 per culinary attendant for two hours.Each additional hour is $50 per attendant per hour.
Bartender & Cashier Fees
Bartender fees are $150 per bartender. Cash and hosted bars require one bartender per seventy-five guests. Cashier fees are $150 per cashier. Cash bank will require one cashier per seventy-five guests in addition to the required bartenders.
Labor & Preparation Fees
A labor and preparation fee of $125 applies when the final guarantee number or less than twenty-five people per buffet function.
