The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Valet services are in place 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. Our valet partner upholds the highest of standards as it relates to safety of guest, guest property, and associate alike. All valet wear appropriate face covering, use of gloves and sanitizer both in liquid and wipe form ensuring the guests property is safe and clean. Guests use a touch less process for retrieving their vehicle and payment for valet is through the hotel folio system.

Our Front Desk team will greet you with a smile behind their mask and plexiglass barriers at check-in for a safe interaction. Marriott Bonvoy members can also check-in on the Bonvoy App prior to arrival reducing check-in time and contact even more.

Social Distancing Signage is present throughout the hotel and our elevators have a 4 person maximum capacity with signage noting this limit.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival using CDC approved chemicals. During your stay, housekeepers will only enter guestrooms for service by request. Additional linens and guestroom items are available as needed throughout your stay. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our Front Desk team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. An electro-static sprayer is used to sanitize all services in our public space, elevators, fitness center and guestrooms.

For our guests staying with us a bit longer, we will clean your guest room every 7 days. Please coordinate a day of week that is most convenient to your schedule with our Front Desk.

Guests staying in our Studio Suites and One-Bedroom Suites have a full dishwasher in their guestroom. Upon your arrival, you will find all of the kitchen service ware and cooking utensils clean in the dishwasher.
Remote controls are wrapped, and single use sanitizing wipes are available in each guestroom.

MOTION Fitness Center is currently open. Due to limited capacity of 4 guests, a key must be signed out with our Front Desk to access the fitness center. Equipment has been spaced based on health and safety guidelines and cleaning products are available for guests to wipe down before and after use. The Fitness Center is cleaned thoroughly using an electro-static sprayer to cover all services throughout the day and overnight.

Ice Machines on the guestroom floors are temporarily unavailable. Bagged ice is available at the Front Desk.

RISE our breakfast area is temporarily closed following indoor dining restrictions. Our complimentary breakfast program will be reinstated sometime in 2021 as business demand and regulations allow.

Guestroom delivery from The Monarch Club rooftop bar is available Thursday - Sunday between the hours of 4:00pm - 11:00pm. The Monarch Club features a selection of small plates and shareables along with an extensive cocktail, beer and wine menu.

RESTORE our market area is available with the assistance of our Front Desk team. Guests can recharge with a complimentary coffee available 24 hours a day with freshly ground beans. Grocery items to prepare in your room, snack items and beverages are available for purchase.

RELAX evening reception is suspended.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
