Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

A clean stay, is a safe stay. Aloft Palm Jumeirah has installed a number of signages in various areas to remind our guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates has also been implemented and touchless body temperature scanner is also present in the hotel's main entrance to check every incoming guests. We have also placed hand sanitizers in high traffic areas for easy access to our guests.

After the guests check out, guest rooms are meticulously cleaned and sanitized and a sanitation seal is placed on the guestroom doors to mark that the room is ready for the next guest.

In our restaurants and bars, we have implemented QR menus for a contactless ordering experience.

Mobile check-in and key and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet service is currently unavailable for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities

  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.
