Plastic straws were removed in February 2018, we offer guests a biodegradable alternative. Our kitchen is gas free with induction only cooking, individual hood control, salamander grills, and a heat recovery dishwasher. We choose environmentally preferred suppliers & products. We work with the best local suppliers to create our menus. We choose to partner with suppliers based on their sustainable food production so that we can offer responsibly-sourced meals in our restaurants.
