We have always believed the safety of our guests is our primary responsibility. Now more than ever we are committed to that belief. Throughout the hotel we have taken steps to enhance the safety and minimize the risk to our guests, our customers and our associates. Some of these you will see quite evidently and some will be less obvious.
All disinfectants used in our hotel have been approved by the EPA and other governmental agencies to combat emerging viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. We have instituted enhanced cleaning protocols and adhere to the recommendations set forth in the in the EPA Emerging Pathogen Policy regarding cleaning and sanitization.
Public spaces, including high-touch areas, are cleaned and disinfected more frequently. In guest rooms, we focus on cleaning deeply between guest stays, and limiting in-room services during the stay. Hand sanitizer stations are installed throughout high-traffic areas across the hotel. We continually look for ways to improve our safety methods and train our staff.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to not receive a daily housekeeping refresh, please let our guest services team know. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
