TREATMENTS
Our Beauty Coach will provide you with a bathrobe, slippers, towels and a toiletries kit. During treatment, therapists will arrange towels to preserve your modesty at all times. Our Spa Suites benefit from private cabins. Clients can book either individual treatments or treatments for couples and add, at an additional cost, the use of the Turkish bath and contemporary jacuzzi bath in total privacy.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be over 14 years of age in order to make use of the services and treatments offered by the Spa Suites at The St. Regis Florence, otherwise the authorization of a parent or guardian will be requires.
ARRIVAL AT THE SPA SUITES
We kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, the treatment will be shortened in order to remain on scheduled for subsequent appointments and charged at the listed price.
ADVICE
We advise against any hair removal or shaving in the few hours preceding your treatment. When making an appointment, we kindly request that you advise us of any skin and/or food allergies that might affect your experience at the Spa Suites.
PREFERENCES
All aspects of treatment can be modified to suit your tastes: the lighting level, music volume and the room temperature in the suite. During a massage, feel free to let the therapist know if the pressure level is to your liking. We want your experience to be unforgettable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card details are required to secure a booked appointment. To cancel a booking, we request you call the Spa Suites directly at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged to the credit card provided or to the room.
