  • Signage throughout our hotel has been set-up to remind guests to maintain social distancing, also protections have been installed at front desks.
  • Mobile check-in as well as Mobile service requests are available via Marriott Bonvoy App.
  • Regular handwashing and sanitization is of particular value, hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings but are not obligated.

Housekeeping Service:

  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish not to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us know.
  • Steady Cleanliness trainings for the team are being implemented and included in daily-stand up meetings.
  • Public spaces are being cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals and each room key gets disinfected before handing it out to the guest.
  • Outsourced guest laundry and dry cleaning available from Monday to Friday. No service during weekends.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Closed

All our food & beverage outlets are open and run as usual. Currently, no COVID-19 rules and regulations apply. Our team does the utmost to make your visit as comfortable and save as possible.
