Our 900 square-metre pillarless Grand Ballroom is elegant in its simplicity. Sleek grey walls, neutral flooring, and dramatic chandeliers, whose dangling pattern on the ceiling mimics that of dunes on the shore, are all part of the subtle ocean-themed décor.

 

The Grand Ballroom can seat up to 900 guests theatre style or 500 for a gala dinner. For breakout meetings or smaller affairs, the space is divisible into three smaller rooms.

The 364 square-metre Multi-Function Room can accommodate a group of up to 300 guests and is divisible into two spaces.

 

Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom is the VIP Room—the perfect space for your important invitees to prepare before or during an event.

 

A striking pre-function area accommodates up to 500 guests providing ample space for registration, coffee breaks, or cocktail receptions. The pre-function area's floor-to-ceiling windows open for an unfettered view of the crystal blue waters of the South China Sea.

 

The Multi-Function Room also includes its own pre-function area with floor-to-ceiling windows that open out onto the lawns and beach just beyond. It can accommodate up to 150 guests.

 

On the second floor of the resort, three additional meeting rooms are available for small to medium-sized gatherings such as business presentations and intimate parties. They range in size from 42 to 99 square metres and accommodate groups of 25 to 70 guests.

 

The resort’s lush tropical garden and two lawns—one 300 square metres and the other 800 square metres—are just a few steps from the beach and ideal spots for bridal luncheons or casual cocktail receptions.

With an elegant ballroom and outdoor spaces with expansive ocean views, you are sure to find the right venue to celebrate your union. Exchange vows under the twinkling stars, amid the sound of crashing waves on one of two tiered lawns just steps from the beach. Breathtaking panoramic ocean views bordered by lush tropical flora and towering windswept palms set a romantic stage for 50-200 guests. Stone steps lead down to the picturesque sandy beach below.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
