Sustainability Initiatives

Energy Saving Project

The energy-saving project will involve upgrading our current chillers to new high-efficiency models, implementing a comprehensive building automation system (BAS), and installing variable frequency drives for motors and pumps to optimize energy usage. Additionally, we plan to conduct a thorough review of our lighting systems and upgrade and retrofit them to more energy-efficient options.

Water Conservation

Our water conservation efforts will include the installation of low-gallon per flush (GPF) toilets, showers, and sink aerators, as well as the implementation of smart irrigation controllers to ensure efficient water usage for landscaping and outdoor areas.

Recycling Initiatives

To promote recycling within our organization, we plan to introduce programs for recycling bulbs, electronics, ballasts, oil, paper, cardboard, glass, and other recyclable materials. This initiative aims to reduce waste and promote a more sustainable approach to our operations.

Champions Ballroom

An ideal Ponte Vedra Beach wedding venue with 16,000 sq. ft. of space, Champions Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,600 for a seated conference or a standing reception and up to 1,000 for banquet events. Champions Ballroom is perfect for large conferences, trade shows and over-the-top weddings and celebrations.

    Our Master Ballroom boasts 8,000 sq. ft. of wide and flexible space. The Masters Ballroom is a perfect Ponte Vedra Beach wedding venue, hosting up to 700.

    Tournament Hall

    Two spaces make up our beloved Tournament Hall. The first- Tournament Hall A; made up of over 3,000 sq. ft., this space is great for mid-sized meetings and even indoor ceremonies as a stylish Ponte Vedra Beach wedding venue. The largest is Tournament Hall B. With almost 10,000 square feet of vast space, this room is the perfect spot for tradeshows, meals, networking and more!

    Looking for a space with natural light? With 5,500 square feet of open space, Arbor Ballroom is the perfect spot for your dream Ponte Vedra Beach wedding venue. Great for wedding receptions, social events and even corporate meetings, this venue has a wrap-around deck overlooking a private lagoon and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

    Cascades Deck & Lawn

    The heart of our 64-acre Resort is our Cascades Deck & Cascades Lawn. With over 3,000 square feet of contained outdoor space, our covered Cascades Deck overlooks our rear lagoon and is steps from the Lobby. The Cascades Deck is built to overlook Cascades Lawn, an additional 3,000 square feet of oval, turfed lawn space centered on our tranquil Cascades Waterfalls. These Ponte Vedra wedding venues are great for outdoor receptions for up to 500.
