The energy-saving project will involve upgrading our current chillers to new high-efficiency models, implementing a comprehensive building automation system (BAS), and installing variable frequency drives for motors and pumps to optimize energy usage. Additionally, we plan to conduct a thorough review of our lighting systems and upgrade and retrofit them to more energy-efficient options.
Our water conservation efforts will include the installation of low-gallon per flush (GPF) toilets, showers, and sink aerators, as well as the implementation of smart irrigation controllers to ensure efficient water usage for landscaping and outdoor areas.
To promote recycling within our organization, we plan to introduce programs for recycling bulbs, electronics, ballasts, oil, paper, cardboard, glass, and other recyclable materials. This initiative aims to reduce waste and promote a more sustainable approach to our operations.
