Here’s what you need to know about weddings in Costa Navarino. Our team has prepared a list of possible FAQ’s to answer all of your questions and help you choose the best option for an unforgettable destination wedding, in one of the most unspoilt areas of Greece and the Mediterranean.
General Questions
To secure the wedding date, an agreement will be prepared with all the information required such as the wedding dinner location, ceremony etc. which needs to be signed by both parties for the confirmation of the booking.
Initial deposit is 20% of the total estimated amount for the services that will be mentioned to the agreement.
Yes, we can book some rooms in our system and your guests will contact us directly to book their room.
In case you expect to have higher than 15% difference from the contracted number of guests, we would need to have this information 60 days before the wedding day. Final number of guests should be shared with the hotel team 14 days before the wedding.
If you have already selected a supplier for these services, please share with us their contact details and we will be happy to brief them about areas that will be used and any documentation that is required to be completed by their side.
Questions about Accommodation
We can create a res link based on our website which you may share with your guests, and they can directly book their reservation individually.
An email should be sent to our hotel team weddings@costanavarino.com where they will be asking to check availability for the requested dates and our team will handle the booking.
A wedding suite is offered complimentary on the day of the wedding with the check-in at 09:00am and a late check-out the next day at 16:00pm.
Questions about the Wedding Ceremony
In our rental fee we include the placement of a maximum of 60 chairs outside the church area.
In our rental fee we include the placement of a maximum of 100 chairs at the beach and a wooden wedding arch with basic flower decoration. If you wish to place more flowers or any additional decoration, we need to organize this with an external supplier.
Any flower decoration, bridal bouquet and any other arrangements should be organized with an external supplier. We can collect offer from our suppliers according to the preferences of the couple.
At the ceremony area, before or after, we can serve any drinks or canapes as per the preferences of the couple.
Questions about the Wedding Dinner & Party
For a set menu, we can organize it at any date and time convenient for you, but we kindly ask you to inform us at least 10 days in advance so we can inform the relevant departments. In case you have selected a buffet menu please let us know which dishes you wish to taste so we may review it further with our Executive Chef. Usually for buffet menus we cannot organize a food tasting with all the dishes and therefore your selections will be reviewed, and our wedding team will advise you accordingly.
The rental/exclusivity fee includes the set up of the restaurant with hotel tables, chairs, white linen, glassware, cutlery, and white linen napkins. In case of a dinner meal, exclusivity is offered after 16:00 and therefore, any set up should start from that time onwards.

Podimatas Sa is our preferred supplier and can assist you with any Av requirements and offer you different types of entertainment not only for the wedding dinner but also for parties. If this is a convenient solution for you, we can introduce you to their team so you can discuss your request further.
We can have fireworks on air till 22:00 at the latest, as per hotel policy, so that we don’t create issues to the hotel guests.
Music in outdoor areas is permitted till 22:30 and any party after that time should continue to an indoor area which will be proposed by us so that the guests can easily continue with their drinks and party at the specifically proposed area.
You may use drone to take photos on your wedding day. We will share with you a form which needs to be completed by the person who will be handling the drone and then we will need to confirm with you the exact times that it will be used so we can inform hotel security.
