The Villas offer the luxury of a secluded residential retreat for friends and family within our Newport Coast Resort. Graciously appointed private estates feature two-, three-, or four-bedrooms with a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, as well as generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.
From September 2 – October 22, 2025, all Villa guests are invited to enjoy the Coliseum and Bella Vista Pools located at the Main Estate. During this time, the Villa Pool will be closed. The Villa Clubhouse will remain open, continuing to provide daily breakfast, as well as bar service throughout the day.
