Our main hotel events space in Downtown LA is a 4,045-square-foot ballroom with an industrial-inspired design that can accommodate conferences, banquets, presentations, weddings, parties, and other events for up to 420 guests. Modeled on a factory floor, the room is surrounded by 16-foot panels of steel and frosted glass that are backlit to resemble exterior walls lit by natural sunlight. The room can be divided in two, and the furniture can be configured to accommodate a variety of uses. The Main Events Space’s Arrival Lounge, used as a reception area for cocktail parties, has corrugated metal and brick-clad walls that evoke the exterior of a factory. Event Space 3 is a versatile 2,850-square-foot venue with a modern industrial design, ideal for conferences, trainings, receptions, and events for up to 350 guests. Large built-in screens, soft ambient globe fixtures, and flexible layouts allow the space to transition seamlessly between presentations, collaborative sessions, and social gatherings. The room features a warm palette defined by corten steel, brick paneling, and rich wood accents, complemented by exposed ceilings and sculptural lighting that create a polished, contemporary atmosphere. The space can be divided into three distinct rooms for more intimate events. Each room maintains the same refined style and can be configured for a variety of uses.
Separated from the Main Events Space by a plaster-coated arch, The Fig Boardroom is ideal for smaller events or breakout sessions. This corporate event space in Downtown LA is modeled on a showroom for a fictional furniture manufacturer, with floor-to-ceiling walnut panels and cabinetry that exude a Mad Men sophistication. This meeting room in downtown Los Angeles is equipped with two long tables, illuminated by custom I-beam light fixtures, and comfortable chairs to support longer meetings for up to 22 people. Located on the mezzanine level of Moxy Downtown LA, above Bar Moxy, our two Meeting Studios are perfect venues for private meetings, brainstorming sessions, and special celebrations. These Downtown Los Angeles event venues are available to guests of both Moxy DTLA and AC Hotel DTLA. Modular furniture is designed to be moved around and converted to different uses, whether business or pleasure. Transparent technicolor glass walls and rich earth tones continue the lobby’s striking color palette (Studios can be curtained off for private functions and combined to form a larger space).
