Our Peruvian specialties include favorites like grilled flounder with a chimichurri, mushroom, and Andean potato sauce; bluefin tuna with fava bean puree and Andean corn; and rustic clay pots filled with roasted Andean potatoes. We also offer the simplicity of fresh seafood as well as more exotic specialties from the Far and Middle East. We are pleased to offer kosher, vegetarian, organic, and Japanese options as well.
