Limatambo Ballroom - Dance Floor

Limatambo Ballroom

The Limatambo Ballroom, our largest pillarless venue, accommodates up to 1,600 guests. Defined by contemporary design, refined décor, and soaring 24-foot ceilings, it provides a remarkable setting for large-scale events. An adjoining foyer accommodates more than 500 guests and features a distinctive Art Deco-inspired circular bar, perfect for receptions and pre-event gatherings.

Cusco 2 & 3 venue

Cusco Junior Ballroom

At 369 square meters, the fourth-floor Cusco Junior Ballroom lends itself to any configuration. With its minimalist décor, 13-foot ceilings, and abundant natural light, the ballroom is perfect for everything from banquets, conferences, and receptions to grand conventions.

Our third-floor covered Terrace may be used as a venue on its own. It's a favorite spot for coffee breaks, cocktails, or exhibits and can accommodate up to 200 for a stand-up reception or 150 seated.

Board Meetings

We offer a variety of smaller rooms on the third and fourth floor that are ideal for board meetings. With a variety of seating arrangements, the rooms accommodate groups of 12 to 40 and feature leather chairs and audiovisual equipment such as built-in LCD screens. Choose one of our rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows for inspiring views of Lima and natural sunlight.

For more intimate or smaller celebrations, we offer the Cusco room with contemporary decoration and natural lighting. Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
