Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings.   • Mobile check-in, mobile key and service requests via Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Face masks and disposable gloves provided on request.
  • Hotel cleans and sanitizes public areas and publicly accessible facilities every two hours or more if necessary.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.
  • All in-room magazines, menus including room service and restaurants have been removed and replaced with QR codes.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing when required. The modifications we have made include:

  • Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay: Lucky Cat invites guests to enjoy Gordon Ramsay's latest venture. This restaurant showcases an inventive menu featuring contemporary Asian cuisine. Visit here in Mayfair, London for a memorable dining experience.
  • Luggage Room Bar: Sip cocktails at The Luggage Room Bar. Taking its cue from the famous Bentley Boys, our signature bar offers heritage cocktails, cups, cobblers, punches and martinis. Our award-winning 1920s speakeasy is popular with Mayfair locals and visitors alike.
  • In-Room Dining: Available 6:30am - 10:30pm.

MClub Lounge: Open 24hrs

  • Breakfast served 7:00am - 10:30am Mon-Fri and 7:30am - 11:00am Sat-Sun
  • Canapes served 5:30pm - 7:30pm 7 days a week
