An elegant riff on the martini, inspired by Prince Rogers Nelson and his lover and muse, Denise ‘Vanity Matthews. Prince famously performed at 20 Bourke Street when it was the Palace Theatre. He later returned to Australia for his Paino and a Microphone tour on 16th February 2016 and paid tribute to his former protégé Vanity at his Melbourne concert weeks before his untimely death.

A rich and smooth Old Fashioned variation, inspired by Harry Maurice Miller, a New Zealand Australian promoter, publicist and media agent. Miller produced the Australian version of the wildly successful American musical, Hair, which played at 20 Bourke Street. He did so in defiance of a conservative state government at the time.
