Bringing distinct points of view on French cuisine and three unique culinary experiences to downtown Minneapolis, Rand Tower Hotel’s bars and restaurants take guests on a culinary journey, from classic French bistro dishes and craft cocktails at Bar Rufus on the first floor, to innovative large-format cocktails and curated French wines on the fifth floor cocktail lounge, Miaou Miaou, to the glass-covered dining room of Blondette, where traditional French cuisine is flipped on its head with Pacific Northwest ingredients and a playful, punk rock attitude.
