Thomas's culinary journey began at a young age, exploring the kitchen as a curious child. After training at Starnberger See and gaining professional experience in St. Moritz, Switzerland, he joined our hotel opening team in 2006, personally setting up the kitchen. Since then, Thomas has poured his boundless passion and creativity into shaping Oléo Pazzo. A true Bavarian, he draws his culinary inspiration from his Italian wife and combines the flavors of these two rich culinary traditions.
