Creative, vibrant and enticing, the bar menu features 12 delicious house cocktails. The Colibri is a poetic and refreshing blend of rum, Cointreau, pineapple juice and orange marmalade. Authentic and flavourful, Le Petit Verger combines Calvados with Amaretto, strawberries, and pear syrup. There's also artisanal gin in Klein-inspired blue bottles produced near Grasse, as well as an Avignon vodka made with olives from Provence. À la carte brings the famed Pastis de Nice, a selection of local cuvées and a wine list that features vintages from some of the most renowned wine estates. The star: A rosé from the Côte-de-Provence region.
