Each venue features understated contemporary decor in neutral earth tones - some with glittering crystal chandeliers- for a refined, state of the are environment to enhance your meeting or gathering.

Grand Ballroom

Our 620-square-meter Grand Ballroom is ideal for galas, conferences, seminars, and more. This elegant venue boasts a built-in LCD projector and screen as well as adjacent pre-function space. The ballroom accommodates up to 340 for banquet or 500 theater-style, and is divisible into two distinct spaces for smaller events.

Poolside Garden

For a unique outdoor event, the Poolside Garden is situated next to our striking infinity pool and popular for private parties, cocktail receptions, or barbecues. Optional tents for coverage can be arranged. The garden accommodates up to 200 guests for a banquet or 260 for a reception.

Specializing in both Western and Chinese cuisine, our talented catering team has the skills and imagination to bring your event or meeting to life. We will discuss every aspect of the menu, for a spread that is personalized to your specifications.

Keep guests alert and inspired with a themed meeting break centered on delicious, healthful options. For lunch or dinner, choose authentic regional Chinese cuisine—or a delicious, diverse Western or Japanese menu. Delight guests with plated appetizers like smoked salmon with roe, cauliflower panna cotta with caviar, or Thai chicken with mango salsa. Then impress them with innovative dishes such as tomato soup with riso pasta or stir-fried Australian scallops. Finish the meal on a delectable high note with our caramelized lemon custard tart with berry compote.

We also offer off-site catering for up to 350 guests, within two hours' driving distance of the hotel.

We offer full spreads of Western or Chinese fare, a combination of the two, and other customized menus. Whet appetites with light, innovative canapés such as roasted bell peppers with basil or seared tuna with fish roe. Elegant signature starters and entrées have included smoked salmon and crab rolls; grilled sea bass with orange butter sauce; and a delicious Chinese-influenced medley of steamed grouper with succulent pork and savory mushrooms.

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
