Nera Ballroom

Nera Ballroom

This flexible 272m² ballroom can be divided into two smaller rooms: Nera 1 and Nera 2, each with 136m², and direct access to our outdoor terrace. It can host up to 240 persons in theatre-style or 200 banquet-style. It is a great venue for weddings, special evenings, cocktails, meetings, or conferences.

On the canopy overlooking the garden with views of the lagoon, our 230m² outdoor terrace is the picture-perfect place for your cocktails, coffee breaks, light lunch, or yoga sessions. It connects to the Nera ballroom and Foyer.

With its traditional and iconic wooden architecture, the Foyer offers a warm ambiance conducive to networking and socializing. Its 220m² space with high ceilings makes it a stunning place for coffee breaks, pre-dinner drinks, or cocktails. It connects to the Nera ballroom and outdoor terrace.

Our VIP boardroom is equipped with a permanent wooden oval table, comfortable armchairs, and a video projector. It features soothing views of the garden, and the net curtains allow for dimming the natural light for more comfort during your presentations. Its massive wooden doors ensure intimacy and privacy for your meetings. It can host up to 18 persons.

Sand Beach Grill

Open to the public for lunch, the Sand Beach Grill can be privatized for your functions at night for up to 130 people. Whether for a cocktail, a banquet, a beach party, or a wedding, you will be captivated by this alfresco scene, with your feet in the sand by the translucent waters of the lagoon.

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
Ovals and Rounds
