      Meeting Studios

      Our two meeting studios in the second-floor lobby were designed by Rockwell Group to seamlessly transform from workplace to social space, with furniture that easily shifts from working to lounging, tables that raise and lower, and glass walls that fold away and disappear completely. Plentiful plugs, furiously fast Wi-Fi ensure connectivity, and state-of-the-art AV equipment is available upon request. Reserve one studio with 190 Sq. Ft. for 10 guests, or use two studios with 380 Sq. Ft. for 16 guests (boardroom-style).

      Mondo Suite

      Moxy chelsea’s over-the-top hospitality suite on the 32nd floor is made for entertaining, with a wet bar, full kitchen/Pantry, handcrafted custom furniture by yabu pushelberg, double-height 18-foot soaring ceilings, and an industrial-loft-style window wall overlooking the empire state building. Hanging from the ceiling of the mondo suite is a glass-and-mirror sculpture by the japanese artist sawada that depicts giant bunnies dangling from flower bouquets. The suite can be booked alone or with one or both of the two adjoining king bedrooms. Capacities list: 750 sq. Ft. without bedrooms, 940 sq. Ft. with 1 adjoining king bedroom, or 1,130 sq. Ft. with 2 adjoining king bedrooms.

      Lobby Bar

      The second-floor Lobby Bar has ample power outlets and a variety of seating options for co-working. Enjoy an all-season garden terrace that can be used both for meetings and for post-work bonding over cocktails and bites.

      The Fleur Room

      Glass-encased lounge on the 35th floor with panoramic 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, available for private events. Space includes full bar, kitchen, DJ booth, massive vintage disco ball, dedicated high-speed elevator access, and retractable window wall to create an alfresco sky veranda. A creative cocktail list is accompanied by a simple but elegant menu of elevated bar bites with seasonal specials.

      Conference and Hollow Square
      Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
      E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
      Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
      Theater
      Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
      Reception
      Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
      Schoolroom or Classroom
      The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
      Ovals and Rounds
      Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
