We have updated service procedures across all restaurants and bars. Digital menus are encouraged in all areas, with single-use physical menus available upon request. We strongly recommend booking and using contactless payments, including room charges and credit/debit card payments, wherever possible.
BARS / RESTAURANTS
- All kitchen staff follow appropriate protocols throughout food preparation, and all ingredients are stored in strict compliance with sanitary standards.
- All restaurant and bar staff have been trained to meet strict personal-hygiene requirements.
- Consumption at the bar counter is permitted provided a minimum distance of 3 feet (1 meter) is maintained between guests.
- Guests are kindly requested to disinfect their hands upon entering the bar or restaurant.
- Buffet service has been reorganized so that guests do not handle food directly.
- Dishes are served at the table by staff wearing masks and using sanitizing gel.
- Guests must wear a mask when entering food and beverage outlets and may remove it once seated.
- Staff wear masks at all times.
IN-ROOM DINING
All in-room dining staff are required to wear masks.
