Our bartender created a unique cocktail inspired by gentle deer, roaming in Nara Park. The hojicha used in this cocktail is first-class tea produced by Uekubo Tea Garden in Tsukigase, Nara . The rosemaries representing the horns of deer are freshly picked from our JW Garden. This lovely looking cocktail is a perfect harmony of vodka, hojicha, coffee, and white chocolate.
Kikka Gin is a representative gin of Nara, made from Yamato Tachibana and Yamato Touki, both of which have been handed down in Nara since ancient times. The smooth taste of rice spirit, the rich aroma of Yamato Tachibana, and the unique sweet mellow flavor of Yamato Touki can be enjoyed in harmony.
Hakuro is an ancient word for glistening white dew that falls on the field of Nara when the season changes from summer to autumn. Inspired by the beauty of nature in Nara, this cocktail features a refreshing citrus aroma and a rich green scent. The white, glistening scene with dewdrops is expressed with sweet sake produced by Harushika, a long-established sake brewery in Nara.
