In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning, disinfection, and placed hand sanitizing stations particularly in high traffic areas including venues, entrances, meeting spaces, restrooms, lifts, etc.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): While face mask usage is optional in Panama, it is legally required for our Food and Beverage staff members.
Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Housekeeping Patterns: Every guestroom is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to the guest's arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while the guest is away from the room. If our guests have any specific housekeeping requests or would prefer not to receive housekeeping service during their stay, they may contact Whatever Whenever® at any time. Please note that for longer stays, even if a guest has opted out of daily stayover service, we will still automatically clean the guest room every three days.
