The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

In compliance with local and state mandates, signage has been placed throughout the resort to remind guests to maintain social distancing and to limit occupancy and seating capacity in our restaurant and at the Resort Pool. Partitions have also been installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

We have completed and are following our Marriott International Commitment to Clean Program, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Your room has been sanitized, prior to your arrival.

Per Marriott International and San Diego County Regulations, we require that all guests who are traveling throughout the property are using a proper face covering to protect our guests and staff. We ask that all guests practice social distancing when you are in the public spaces of the hotel.

We are located on a 50-acre complex overlooking the Pacific Coastline with many outdoor venues to relax and enjoy the California climate in a Safe and Socially distanced manner.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences.

Operation and use of drones, radio controlled aircraft, or unmanned aerial systems ("Drones") are prohibited within the boundaries of the Resort, unless conducted for authorized events. Unauthorized operators may not operate Drones for take-off or landing from Resort property, and may not fly Drones over the immediate airspace above the Resort. This prohibition is intended to apply general commercial filming as well as any recreational users or hobbyists. Special events at the Resort may utilize Drones to film during authorized event activities provided the filming location and hours correspond the special event. Drone operators must comply at all times with the regulations under the Federal Aviation Administration, and state and local laws for Drone operations. The Hotel respects and honors the safety and privacy of all guests and staff. Violators are liable for any damages, including but not limited to physical personal injury, property damage, damages for violation of privacy, regulatory fines and legal fees.
