In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our hotel and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including hallways and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Disinfection: We're utilizing hospital-grade disinfectants between guests to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Recycled room keys are disinfected with a sanitizing solution prior to re-use. Sanitizing wipes are also provided in your room.

Turndown Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. Turndown service is based on request.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our hotel available to you while complying with state and local regulations. The modifications we have made include:

Marketplace: Open and stocked with grab & go snacks and beverages.

Communal Kitchen: Open and available for use. All appliances are wiped down after use and cookware is washed by an Associate.

Outdoor Pool: Open from 9AM - 9PM and cleaning is done by an Associate throughout the day.

Library Lounge: Open, 24/7.

Ping Pong Table: Available for use. Paddles are kept with the front desk and provided upon request.

Community Games: Available for use.

Bike Rentals: Available for use depending on availability. The first hour is on us! Each additional hour is $15/hour. Helmets and bike locks are provided for guest use and wiped down and sanitized between use.


Fitness Center: The Waterman Hotel in partnership with The Base Gym is happy to offer hotel guests a 20% discount.

Morning Coffee: Free grab & go morning coffee service is provided from 6-11AM. All creamers and sugars are individually wrapped.

Pink Lemonade + Water Station: Enjoy a refreshing cup of pink lemonade or water available from 12-8PM, free for hotel guests.

Wine Hour: Hotel guests can join us for wine hour from 5-6PM everyday and taste different California wines.

Marketplace: Open 24/7 for additional grab & go snacks and beverages. We feature local Santa Barbara items. See our menu here.
