Our hotel's four distinct venues feature the most exquisite space to say "I do." Make your wedding reception as intimate or as grand as you wish in our flexible Union Square ballrooms, customizable for any theme you have in mind. Add inspired views to your list of memories with a 30th-floor vantage point in our San Francisco conference space.
Union Square Ballroom - At 3,276 square feet, the Union Square Ballroom is our largest ballroom and is able to accommodate up to 200 guests for your special day. The contemporary interior is accented by crystal chandeliers and a bold, colorful carpet, creating an upscale feel for your exquisite wedding. A pre-function space is also connected for guests seeking a cocktail reception or buffet setup. The two spaces combined provide a great flow for wedding guests.
Savoy Ballroom - The 1,943-square-foot Savoy Ballroom can host Union Square wedding receptions of up to 100 guests, as well as ceremonies. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the space features stellar views of the bay and city, a one-of-a-kind backdrop to say "I do." It's gold and purple accents lend an elegantly regal ambiance, allowing brides and grooms to feel like royalty on their big day.
Russian Hill Function Room - The Russian Hill Room offers 709 square feet of event space, floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning city views to complement elegant weddings. Ideal for smaller cocktail receptions and intimate ceremonies attended by 40 guests, the space allows couples to create the gathering they desire in an enchanting environment.
Sutter Function Room - Experience the Sutter Room with 2,059 square feet of space. This meeting room provides the perfect space for cocktail parties and wedding receptions of up to 120 guests.
