Duxton Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection

Two Rooms, One House

Dining

Duxton Reserve is home to two distinct restaurants and bars - Yellow Pot and Anouska's. Each stands on its own; together they make up the house. Yellow Pot is our kitchen: modern Chinese cooking from a team who know where every ingredient starts. Anouska's is our evening room: a cocktail bar housed beneath 1860s ceilings, where the city slows down. Guests of the hotel are welcomed into both without fanfare. So is anyone who walks in off Duxton Hill.

Eat Like You Live Here

Hotel dining has a reputation - sanctioned by concierges, designed for guests in transit, priced accordingly. Yellow Pot and Anouska's aren't that. Both are real restaurants, chosen by locals as often as by hotel guests, run by teams who came from the neighbourhood and cook for it. Stay with us and you'll find both at the end of the lobby. Don't stay with us and we'll still have a table for you. That's the point.

The Kitchen and the Evening Room
Yellow Pot Tanjong Pagar

Yellow Pot

Modern Chinese, served at lunch and dinner. Ingredients from small suppliers. Cooking that leans into the regional - Sichuan heat, Cantonese depth, Shanghainese patience - without borrowing heavily from any one tradition. The dining room opens to Duxton Road, which means lunches here can run longer than planned.

Anouska's

Anouska's

A cocktail bar with an 1860s ceiling and a bartender who'll learn your drink on the second visit. Open from evening until the night asks you to leave. The menu leans toward spirits with a sense of place - Asian gins, Japanese whiskies, cocktails built around local ingredients. Come for the bar. Stay for the room.

Skylight Suite Dining Room

Private hire

Both rooms can be hired privately - the full restaurant, a section of it, or the bar. Suited to dinners upto fifty, quieter celebrations, or the kind of birthday you don't want to explain to a room full of strangers. Menus are built with you, not presented to you.

The kitchen

Where the Plate Begins

Most of what comes out of the Yellow Pot kitchen was sourced before the prep even started. Seafood from the night market two streets over. Vegetables from a farm the chef drives to on Tuesdays. Soy sauce from a small brewer whose family has been making it for three generations. None of this is marketing - it's the sourcing reality of a small restaurant cooked by a small team. What you taste at the table is the end of a short supply chain. We keep it that way deliberately.
