We offer 10 meeting spaces that can accommodate groups of all sizes and configurations. Each versatile room surrounds guests with contemporary décor in earthy, neutral colors, punctuated by rich dark wood furnishings and all feature built-in audiovisual equipment; some rooms also feature windows for energizing natural light.

With adjustable LED chandeliers, 5.6-meter ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling mirror panels, our 600-square-meter Grand Ballroom will ensure a dynamic meeting or elegant event. The ballroom can host up to 560 guests for a reception or theater-style seating arrangement and can also be divided into two smaller spaces. An adjacent foyer is ideal for an elegant pre-event reception for up to 200 people.

We also offer a variety of smaller function rooms, each impeccably decorated and furnished, for groups of 10 to 80. These rooms are suited to board meetings, press conferences, VIP receptions, and workshops.

We offer a variety of menus and themed coffee breaks, focusing on the wellness of your delegates. Westin Clutter-Free Meetings helps planners and guests stay organized and productive with an open room layout and socially conscious amenities. Our green features include energy-efficient light bulbs, double-sided meeting pads, and water pitchers in lieu of bottled water.

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
