The Tea Room will showcase a limited-time Afternoon Tea in collaboration with acclaimed Hong Kong Pastry Chef Mandy Siu of Finesse Patisserie. Available at The Tea Room from 4 March 2026 to 17 May 2026, this menu draws inspiration frfom the elegance of spring, featuring vibrant citrus flavours that capture the season's freshness while retaining a sense of refinement. Chef Mandy's signature entremet, the Caramel Corn Cake, inspired by childhood memories of popcorn at the cinema, will also be available at the Patisserie.
