We have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms, including:
Hand sanitizing stations in the front and back of the house, along with posters that explain proper hand washing techniques.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be used by all staff members based on locally mandated guidelines. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
Public space cleaning, including the use of electrostatic disinfection, will be conducted frequently with a focus on high touchpoint surfaces.
Guest rooms will only receive housekeeping services after the 4th night stay unless a guest requests in-stay service. Restocking of amenities and changing of linens will be at the request of the guest. In filling these requests, staff members will wear proper PPE.
All full service and checkout rooms will be cleaned with a focus on high touchpoint areas and use of electrostatic disinfection.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
