Hosts looking to enjoy the resort’s picturesque tropical grounds can select from nearly 3,000 square meters of outdoor space. This includes the Beach Lawn for banquets of 1,000 guests or receptions of 2,700; the Central Lawn for banquets of 400 and receptions of 950; and the 6,000-square-meter Central Pool, which is situated next to the beach and features a semi-circular stage that can be combined with the lawn.

Additionally, the scenic Seasonal Tastes restaurant terrace accommodates ceremonies, receptions of up to 530 guests, and sit-down banquets of up to 180 guests. Connected to the garden, this picturesque venue even houses an entertainment stage.

Tailored to the individual tastes of the bride and groom, our custom wedding menus feature the freshest ingredients. Incorporating both Western and Eastern cuisines, they include delicious canapés, such as homemade smoked salmon with dill, Chinese barbecue, and Caprese salad. Main dishes range from braised beef short ribs and seafood red curry to stewed meatballs, while tempting desserts include traditional cakes or sweet specialties, like our dark chocolate cherry éclairs. Vegan, vegetarian, and kosher options are available upon request.

Work directly with our chefs to create a personalized event menu. Among their specialties are Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes. Worldly flavors include appetizers, such as beef carpaccio and shrimp bisque, and main dishes, comprising deep-fried rockfish with sweet-and-sour sauce, wok-fried diced chicken, and slow-roasted beef tenderloin. Desserts—from panna cotta to coconut and manjari chocolate tarts—perfectly complete the meal.

Meanwhile, Refresh meeting menus include energizing breakfast bites, like Portuguese egg tarts, smoked salmon pancakes, and strawberry yogurt mousse. We also offer kosher, vegetarian, and vegan menus upon request, as well as dim sum, bakery, and other wholesome options, including pumpkin ravioli and low-fat ricotta cheesecake.

We have the audiovisual technology and accessories you need for your state-of-the-art presentation or conference. Each of our modern venues is fully equipped with advanced audiovisual equipment, including a built-in projector and screen, complimentary High Speed Internet Access, and microphones. Many of the rooms also include a 52-inch LED TV, while the Ballroom and two function rooms each feature LED projection screens.
