WHAT TO EXPECT

• Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing.
• Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas and all lift landings. 
• Partitions have been installed on all Front Desk counters. 
• Self-Parking is necessary. On-site parking is available on a first come first serve basis for a charge.
• We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.
• Luggage assistance is available.
• Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory, although we do suggest wearing one in closed confined areas such as lifts. 

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

• Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
• Housekeeping services: Daily service is available, however please do let us know should you wish your room to be serviced less frequently. 
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. in some instances face coverings, gloves, etc.) 
• Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  
  Room Amenities: 
• Minibars - Sanitized and sealed.
• Literature including Magazines, Books has been removed from rooms.
• Coffee machines - Sanitized for your safety.
• In Club Rooms ONLY - Consumption of all drinks in the mini bar are complimentary.
• Rooms & Suites on floors 16 to 20 are designated for ADULTS ONLY (over 18 year).
• We offer our guests a smoke free environment. All areas in the hotel are non-smoking (including the outdoor pool).
  
  Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily however should you wish our team to provide less frequent cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Digital menus are available in all areas. We provide contactless payment options or credit/debit card payments. 

Food delivery will be available to our guestrooms via Room Service. All our food can be served in recyclable disposable containers made from sugar cane on request. Please indicate your preference when placing your order via our mobile dining app. Pick-up service is available from front desk.

• Surfside Restaurant: Open for Breakfast and for Shabbat Dinner. 

Our Executive Chef Yehuda Amar (winner of Master Chef 2018) and his team invite you to enjoy a wide variety of Israeli cuisine served in this restaurant. 

o Breakfast is served from 06.30 to 11.00 between Sunday and Thursday and between 07.30 to 11.30 on Friday and Saturday. We strongly suggest visiting the restaurant in the initial 3 hours of the opening times to avoid having to wait and to be able to enjoy their breakfast in a quieter setting. 

o Shabbat Dinner - (Friday Evening) between 19.30 to 22.00. Enjoy a sumptuous Shabbat Buffet Dinner. Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment due to popular demand.

• Deck 115 Restaurant & Pool Bar: Bar open daily from 10.00 to 18.00. Food service available between 12.00 and 17.00. All food is waiter served in disposable recyclable containers. Drinks are served in disposable recipients. No glass or Food and Beverage items purchased from outside the hotel are permitted in the pool area.
   
• & MORE by Sheraton - Located in the Lobby the offering a selection of Food and Beverage - open from 09.00 to 23.00.
   
• Manara Restaurant (Levantine Cuisine) - Open from 15 June 2022 and operated by third party operator. Located Lobby Level is open Sunday to Thursday from 18.00 Hrs. to Midnight (Last Order). A rooted journey in the Mediterranean basin, a combination of Middle Eastern tradition versus contemporary modernism. Interpretation of the local Israeli culinary culture along with broad Mediterranean influences.
   
• Club Lounge - Open daily from 06.30 Hrs. to 23.00 Hrs. Please note that entrance to the club lounge is restricted to Adults over the age of 18 years. If you are lucky enough to look under 18, our team will ask for proof of age.

o Breakfast is served daily with live cooking from 06.30 to 11.00. 
o Snacks served between 12.00 to 18.00. 
o Evening meal service 18.00 to 20.30.
o Cheese Platter, Desserts & Fruits served 20.30 to 23.00. 
o Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic bar service is available from 12.00 to 23.00. 
o Charges apply if inviting guests to the Club Lounge.
