We invite guests to enjoy a memorable and safe stay in Old Town at The Alexandrian.

• Be sure to download the Marriott Bonvoy app if you would like to enjoy contactless check-in and/or keyless entry.
• We have placed signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and wear face masks from the lobby, to elevators as well as the fitness center.
• Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant and events space are in compliance with local and state mandates.
• Physical distancing markers are placed on the floor to separate guests in any area where there may be a line as well as plexiglass partitions used at all contact areas from the front desk to events.

• All employees have a daily health check and are required to wear face masks and we have increased cleaning procedures and frequency across all public space of the property.
• We supply complimentary sanitizing wipes and face masks for guests to use as well as optional housekeeping service to be scheduled based on guest request.
• We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring a clean, sanitized environment for you to experience during your stay.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
