Halifax Ballroom
The elegant Halifax Ballroom features large floor-to-ceiling windows, with picturesque views of the surrounding harbourfront. With nearly 4,000 square feet of flexible space, the ballroom can accommodate up to 325 in a theatre-style set up and comfortably seats 300 guests for a meal style setup.
Nova Scotia Ballroom
With soaring ceilings and elegant fixtures, the Nova Scotia Ballroom is Halifax's largest pillar-free hotel meeting space with a total of 7,620 square feet, and a capacity of up to 800 guests in a theatre-style or 600 guests banquet-style. It can be separated into four salons to create smaller breakout rooms and offers access to a spacious foyer for event registration or networking during breaks.
Sable Ballroom
Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a scenic backdrop of the Halifax Harbour in our Sable Ballroom. With close to 2,500 square feet of flexible space, it can accommodate up to 200 attendees in a theatre-style set up or 225 for a reception.
Acadia Ballroom
The naturally lit Acadia Ballroom offers gorgeous views of the city's nearby historic properties. It features 2,808 square feet of dynamic space and can accommodate up to 120 classroom-style or seat 180 guests comfortably for a meal style setup.

Our outdoor Stone's Throw Patio provides stunning views of the waterfront and is perfect for hosting cocktail receptions, networking sessions or team building activities (weather-permitting). Stone's Throw Patio offers a variety of seating options including comfortable lounge chairs and unique communal tables making it the perfect spot for small groups to gather and converse. If you are working with a larger group, Stone's Throw offers the option for partial or full patio buyouts.
Sable Patio is our properties hidden gem. Nestled directly adjacent to Stone's Throw, this patio space directly faces the water and allows for private outdoor wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions and picture perfect and private water views! The Sable Patio is available for booking as part of the Sable Ballroom package, guaranteeing indoor space for your event to move inside in case of inclement weather.
