    Parq Grand Ballroom

    Amid 23-foot ceilings and stunning chandeliers, the Parq Grand Ballroom showcases modern simplicity while reflecting luxury expected of the JW Marriott brand. With 15,604 square feet of space, this is the largest hotel ballroom in Vancouver and offers flexibility to be divided into six sections for smaller events. This space is also serviced by a freight elevator.

    Kitsilano Ballroom

    Crowned by chandeliers suspended from 18-foot ceilings, the Kitsilano Ballroom divides into four sections with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and four discreet built-in screens. 5,909 square feet.

    Fairview Ballroom

    Inspired by its natural surroundings, the Fairview Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, wood ceilings and direct access to the private 976-square-foot outdoor Fairview Terrace.

    The Park

    Enveloped by nature, the rooftop Park Terrace is surrounded by the 30,000-square-foot park filled with trees, indigenous plants and a rippling water feature. Ideal for weddings, receptions and even luxury car launches, the terrace measures approximately 9,000 square feet.

    Prefunction Space & Meeting Pods

    The Pre-Function area includes over 23,000 square feet of space designed to keep attendees engaged and connections growing. Five 1,000 square-foot meeting pods complete with residential-style furnishings provide flexible seating for intimate conversations.

    Granville, Burrard, Stanley & Cambie

    Ideal for break-out rooms, these spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology. The Burrard, Stanley and Cambie offer floor-to-ceiling water views and custom wood ceilings.

    Oak, Elm, Ash Boardrooms

    Elegantly appointed, each of these spacious and private boardrooms is furnished with a large wooden table and comfortable executive seating. As an added feature, the Elm and Ash showcase views of False Creek via floor to ceiling windows.

    Fairview Terrace

    Bordered by trees and covered, this outdoor terrace measures 976 square feet and allows guests the opportunity to connect with nature year-round while remaining sheltered from the elements. The terrace is accessible from both the Fairview Ballroom and pre-function space.

    Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
    Theater
    Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
    Reception
    Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
    Schoolroom or Classroom
    The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
