Parq Grand Ballroom
Amid 23-ft ceilings and stunning chandeliers, the Parq Grand Ballroom showcases modern simplicity and understated luxury. This is the largest hotel ballroom in Vancouver and offers flexibility to be divided into six sections.
Fairview Ballroom
Inspired by its natural surroundings, the Fairview Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, wood ceilings and direct access to the private 976-square-foot outdoor Fairview Terrace.
Kitsilano Ballroom
Crowned by chandeliers suspended from 18-foot ceilings, the Kitsilano Ballroom divides into four sections with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and four discreet built-in screens. 5,909 square feet.
Oak, Elm, Ash Boardrooms
Elegantly appointed, each of these spacious and private boardrooms is furnished with a large wooden table and comfortable executive seating. As an added feature, the Elm and Ash showcase views of False Creek via floor to ceiling windows.

Enveloped by nature, the rooftop Park Terrace is surrounded with trees, indigenous plants and a rippling water feature. Ideal for weddings, receptions and luxury car launches, the terrace measures 9,000 square feet.
Prefunction Space & Meeting Pods
The Pre-Function area includes over 23,000 square feet of space designed to keep attendees engaged and connections growing. Five 1,000 square-foot meeting pods complete with residential-style furnishings provide flexible seating for intimate conversations.
Fairview Terrace
Bordered by trees and covered, this outdoor terrace measures 976 square feet and allows guests the opportunity to connect with nature year-round while remaining sheltered from the elements.
