Featuring 13,500 square feet of rental spaces, our hotel venues include our Courtyard Hall ballroom, ideal for hosting up to 450 guests. With on-site catering and an extensive menu, this space also seats up to 330 for an elegant plated dinner or gala.

All of our meeting rooms offer flexible layouts to create breakout spaces for your business conference or training seminars, or social events such weddings, holiday parties, reunions and family gatherings. And, best of all, your event reaps the benefits of a full-service hotel at a Courtyard price.


Meeting Break Space 
We like to "make room for a little fun" at Courtyard Toronto Downtown, but with our newly redesigned facilities we also make room for business meetings, networking events, training sessions and more. Our 19 event venues offer you impressive spaces for your presentations and equally impressive breakout rooms. A maximum of 16 rental rooms are available.


Specials and Packages

Your social event or meeting is important to you and even more important to us. We strive to ensure you have everything required for a truly remarkable gathering. With that in mind, we've created special packages to help you plan and budget for your meeting or event. A minimum of 10 attendees is required. Packages include:

*Both packages offer the option to upgrade to a hot breakfast for $6 per person.
