Our largest event room, Helvetia A + B, spans over 350 sqm on the first floor and can be divided into two spaces — Helvetia A (90 sqm) and Helvetia B (255 sqm). With 4 meter-high floor-to-ceiling windows, the room is flooded with natural daylight and offers space for over 300 guests in theater setup — ideal for conferences, large meetings or private events.
Our second-largest event room, Bavaria A + B, offers 188 sqm of flexible space on the first floor. It can be divided into Bavaria A (90 sqm) and Bavaria B (98 sqm). With 4 meter-high windows, the room is filled with natural daylight and accommodates over 200 guests in theater setup — ideal for meetings, presentations, and mid-sized conferences.
Located on the second floor, Danubius offers 96 sqm of bright meeting space with direct access to our meeting terrace. It accommodates up to 86 guests in theater setup and works perfectly for block or U-shaped layouts. For added flexibility, it can be combined with the Stadt Zürich room next door for larger workshops or breakout sessions.
Stadt Zürich is the middle of three connectable meeting rooms, with direct access to the meeting terrace. The room offers 102 sqm of flexible space and accommodates up to 88 guests in theater setup. It can be combined with Danubius on the left or Rhein on the right for larger events.
Rhein offers 130 sqm of bright meeting space on the second floor with direct access to the meeting terrace. It accommodates up to 100 guests in theater setup and works perfectly for classroom-style arrangements. The room can also be connected to Stadt Zürich for larger events.
Weller/Fürstenberg is located on the second floor and offers over 100 sqm of flexible meeting space. It can be divided into Weller (31 sqm) and Fürstenberg (70 sqm), or used together to accommodate up to 108 guests in theater setup — ideal for mid-sized meetings and workshops
Bernina is a boardroom of 31 sqm, perfect for small meetings of up to 10 people. It features a built-in TV with smart connect, providing a modern, convenient setting for focused discussions and executive meetings.
