What time is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in starts from 3pm and check-out is at 12pm
Do you accommodate early check-in/late check-out?
We can only guarantee early check-ins for rooms reserved the prior night at full rate. We will do our best to accommodate late checkout requests, subject to availability and not guaranteed
What is the Rome city tax?
The Rome City Council introduced a City tax which is in addition to VAT currently 10%. City tax is payable by all guests at check-out and is applicable for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Since September 1st 2014, the Rome City tax is €7.00 per person per night
What is the hotel voltage?
Hotel voltage is 220 V. Please make sure to check the voltage of your equipment before usage.
Do you provide adaptors or converters?
Our concierge may provide guests with adapters (subject to availability), but no converters are available. Please contact the concierge desk should need any
Do you have safe deposit boxes?
For your convenience, there is an electronic safe box in all rooms, with a person digit code. Safe deposit box is at your disposal also at front desk

Which payment methods does the Hotel accept?
We accept Credit Cards. Based on the law 2015, No. 898, approved on 22.12.2015 by Council of Minister, we remind you that we cannot accept payments in cash for amounts greater than or equal to 3.000€ for Italian guests and 15.000€ for foreign guests.
Can I pay for a hotel room for someone else?
You may pay a room for someone else only if the payment is performed at least 7 days prior to arrival. In order to pay for someone you will be asked to fill an online CC form that has to be sent via secure link or via wire transfer
What is the Rome city tax?

How much will be charged for an extra person?
Maximum occupancy per room or suite is three guests
The extra person charge is 89.00 euros +10% VAT + 7 Euros city tax per night
The extra person charge applies also if the third person sleeps in existing bed (king or twin) but we can also provide an extra bed on request. 4 people in the room are not allowed even if a SNA has been confirmed and a second room shall be booked. There is a supplement for reserved single room with double occupancy
Do you have connecting rooms or Suites?
Connecting rooms are only Grand Luxe rooms and they are reserved for families with small kids booking Grand Luxe. Availability is on request. Two- or Three-bedrooms Suites available on request . Please contact the hotel for further information
Does your hotel provide cribs?
Cribs are complimentary for kids up to 3 y.o. and are provided upon request for all rooms and Suites. Hotel provide blankets, bumpers, pillows upon signed waiver.

The hotel is delighted to welcome pets to the property. We permit one dog (5kg) per room and provide the following amenities for their comfort: a dog bowl, bed, mat and a Pet Welcome Kit.

We have rooms with balconies and some rooms have terraces. Please, contact the hotel for requests as the availability is limited.
Do you have accessible rooms/areas?
We have accessible rooms. In order to book them, please contact the hotel . The bathroom of these rooms is fitted to be wheelchair-accessible . To enter and exit the hotel guests with a wheel chair use a side entrance with a ramp. To go to the Doney restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner we place a portable ramp
Does the hotel provide parking and how much does it cost?
Hotel offers valet service at the garage close to the hotel.
Cost starts 70 € per day depending on the size of the vehicle.
What are the laundry service hours?
Laundry is available to all guest from Monday to Saturday: 8.00am to 9.00pm; Sunday: 08:30am to 09:00pm.

How do I get to the hotel from the train station?
Termini Central train station is a 10min taxi from the Westin Excelsior. A taxi-drive is around EUR 15, depending on the amount of luggage, that is added as a fix rate to the fare.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
The hotel can be reached by taxi or public transport in about 50 minutes. Busses and the Leonardo Express direct train from the airport arrive at Termini Central Station, a 10 min taxi drive from the Hotel. The hotel does not provide Shuttle bus
Do you offer a private transfer service?
