The Dining Experience

The Farm at Fairplex also serves as the backdrop to specialty urban dinners offered in an al fresco setting, prepared personally by our chefs right in the farm. Each course in our farm-to-table dining experience is crafted to highlight our farm’s seasonal bounty of produce, plus comes paired with award-winning beverages. Chef Kyung Carroll collaborates closely on menu design with the featured winemaker, brewer or distiller, ensuring a complimentary pairing and a natural progression of flavors throughout the meal. From the moment you arrive at our Pomona farm, you’ll be guided through your experience by the featured local winemaker, brewer or distiller, Chef Kyung Carroll and occasionally a Master Sommelier. Farm-to-table dinners are hosted one Friday per month during the months of March through October, excluding September, and require advance reservations. Be sure to keep an eye out and sample the many vibrant flavors of Pomona!

The Farm at the Fairplex

The Farm at Fairplex is a five-acre working farm located on the campus of Fairplex, home of the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center, LA County Fair and more than 300 year-round events. With more than 150 California specialty crops, The Farm serves as an abundant garden whose seasonal bounty is used in the delicious cuisine of McKinley's Grille and the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center's catering menu. In an effort to promote sustainability and locally grown foods in urban spaces, The Farm at Fairplex is shared with area schools and community groups through educational tours during the year and as part of the LA County Fair’s school field trip programs.
