As soon as you walk in you or greeted very courteous and respectable. I checked in and went to my room. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. There was a work out room. The internet wasn't the best but I could deal with it. I ate at the restaurant which was clean and the food was good. They give you a lot for the price you pay. I had an overall great experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Erinruns from Basic hotel, outstanding service If it wasn’t for good service, I might not recommend this hotel. It is noisy inside with loud doors slamming and people’s loid voices echoing. The location is right off the 35, which is convenient...but it’s not truly in the University district as the name suggests. The rooms are fine basically. Don’t expect an amazing bed and shower. The lobby bistro is also fine for breakfast of Starbucks coffee, pastries and a limited menu. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we didn’t know the bistro closed at 9:30am and also when we needed a late checkout due to a late flight.
