If you’re looking for Marriott quality and that’s something you’re used to, stay away from Sheraton Four Points until the remodeling is done. The bed mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the place smells bad. Bathroom was surprisingly updated and clean. The location is great however. So easy to walk to shops and restaurants

Rated 1 out of 5 by CHenderson from Walls are Paper Thin Overall, this is an average hotel. The walls are paper thin and my wife and I left after one night. The breakfast bar is better than standard continental breakfasts. The food was made fresh. Restaurant bar is better than average, but with so many local options available, not sure you would want to just stay in the hotel. I would pay a little more not to stay in this hotel.

Rated 2 out of 5 by KW from Nice at first look, but... The Staff was friendly, nice, and helpful. On the surface the place looks OK/nice. But you can tell its on the back end of it's renovation, if I had to guess. Staff was nice and helpful. IF not for the nasty water issues, this would be a nice place. -First issue: They didn't have my updated reservation. They said it happens all the time since the switch over, If you make a reservation and then go back and update the same reservation. The update doesn't always get to the actual hotel. The same day I made the reservation I added a day to the beginning of my trip. First I was told there were no rooms left, but the manager came over punched a bunch if things on the screen and said there. So I don't know if someone else go screwed out of a room for the first night, or what. -Mattress was well worn on the one side. completely sagged on one side. But since we were already told there were no more rooms there wasn't much they could do. All the water was brown when you first started running it. I told my wife not to drink it even for her pills. -Toilet was always brown water. Lots of Iron or straight up rust from the pipes. Could not believe they don't have a filter or softener on the hotel. IF they do either item, then it is straight up rust from the pipes. Out of curiosity of the level of Iron I took the lid off the tank of the Toilet. Tank was just stained blackish red from the water. -Bath Shower - same way let it run for several mins prior to use to let the lines clear -Sink - same as toilet and show let it run Several minutes prior to use. -- Additionally the sink you had to be careful because the sink didn't drain properly at all. Front desk said they would look at it after we checked out. Seemed like they knew they had water issues. Because the water would clear up, I'm assuming the pipes are just old and rusty. Bathrooms are just too small, not sure about that design. May want to a more modern room layout. There were about 15 of us staying there and we all had the same experience with the water. Others had a better bed. First time in Ashville, but for the price there have to be places there that I'm not afraid to brush my teeth with the water. But the staff was friendly and nice.
