Rated 3 out of 5 by Trevor from Good rooms, lacking in service. Clean rooms, but no liners in trash cans. When I called the front desk, they said they would be sent but never were. There is no complimentary breakfast, but don't expect them to say that upfront. There is a charge for parking, but don't expect them to disclose that upfront.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Scarlett from Really nice stay The Courtyard Phoenix airport makes your stay memorable. They have very nice facility, bar, pool, hot tube and even a firepit to drink by in the evening or have coffee by on a chilly morning. We only stayed for a night and 1/2 a day but the staff were superb and the facilities clean and nice. If I stayed in Phoenix again I might even consider making it the hotel I stayed at and drove to sights from.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Possible no loyalty Missing monitor. Called hours after to try and recover monitor. Was told that it wasn’t in the room and call back Tuesday. Called Monday and asked what time next couple checked in but they wouldn’t say. Hmmmm. Monitor never found but I don’t believe the last couple to check in took it.
