Great hotel, inaccurate billing
Love ked the hotel, but staff is not trained. Had my credit card swiped a half dozen times trying to checkin ysing points and billed two times for $60 while using points. Called corporate to inquire whobreferred me to hotel manager, who has not calked back

Nice look
The hotel looks nice inside and out. The pool was closed on a weekend for maintenance but they didn’t tell us at check in, there was a sign on the counter. They should have let us know because we wanted to swim it was 90 degrees out. We would have stayed somewhere else. The breakfast food was not good really salty and the coffee was weak.

This is an "ok" hotel. Expected a bit more from a hotel with this rate structure. The breakfast is very good with lots of selection. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Relaxation was what we sought and what we got. Needed rest and facility was quiet. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was plentiful choices. Stayed heading East and again at same location coming West. Price was very reasonable.

Clean, comfortable, and great location.
The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Location right off the highway and with many eating choices. Highly recommend.

Nice and conveniently located
The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and interstate 64, and within 30 minutes of downtown Louisville. The only cons were with housekeeping, however something so simple made the room not as pleasant. The bathroom vents and ceiling corners had webs and dust, the window and air conditioner vents were also dirty and dusty. While the room was serviced and the housekeeping staff was very nice, my room was serviced as if there were only two people in the room, so I had to keep asking for face towels and towels. The pool and gym were small but ok, and I liked that it had laundry. The hotel offered breakfast, but I didn't get to eat it because it was available from 6am-9am which is normal but there was a McDonald's and Waffle House conveniently located within a mile or so of the hotel. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Rooms were big but staff didn’t clean room a couple of times. Pool was super small. I mean I’m staying with a baseball team that half could only get in.

I wish there would of been a hot tub. I also feel that you should be able to buy Marriott points at the hotel
