Yes. Groups often book four or more cabins within the same Outpost, allowing guests to gather together while still enjoying the privacy of their own cabin. Group stays can range from a handful of cabins to a full Outpost buyout. You may request cabins located near one another, and our team will do our best to accommodate those requests; however, cabin proximity cannot be guaranteed. Postcard Cabins is best suited for small- to mid-sized groups looking to connect, collaborate and unwind in a unique outdoor setting. We regularly host corporate retreats, leadership offsites, team-building events, wellness retreats, university and nonprofit groups, social gatherings, family reunions, and intimate celebrations. Postcard Cabins offers a refreshing alternative to traditional hotels and meeting venues.

Group experiences are centered outdoors—at individual cabins, around fire pits, or within designated gathering areas. Most groups plan shared meals, casual seating, and open-air activities rather than structured indoor programming. There are no shared indoor kitchens or facilities, so all group experiences are designed to take place outside.

Postcard Cabins does not provide audiovisual (AV) equipment or on-site technical support. Limited power access may be available in designated gathering areas and must be approved in advance. Cabin power may not be used for vehicle charging or event equipment. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and groups are asked to be respectful of neighboring guests by keeping noise levels low and ensuring campfires are properly extinguished at the end of the evening.

Postcard Cabins does not provide structured programming, on-site catering, or staffed event services. However, we can connect groups with trusted local vendors for catering, wellness experiences, team-building activities, transportation, rentals, and other event support. For added convenience, our All-Inclusive Group Gathering Packages include setup, reset, and trash removal services for designated gathering areas.
