He believes in simple cuisine, with premium quality fresh ingredients and advanced cooking technique, in order to achieve clean flavors and exquisite tastes. Chef De Cuisine, a highly qualified chef with an extensive experience in fine dining, who has worked his way up through Michelin awarded restaurants. Finally, Head Sommelier Evangelos Psofidis, who has been working for Hotel Grande Bretagne since 2006, has obtained multiple certifications on wine tasting. Our talented Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis and his highly experienced team received one Toque d'Or award for GB Roof Garden Restaurant with Chef de Cuisine.
