My journey as a chef started when I was just five years old. My father used to take me into the kitchen to greet the culinary team, and from that moment, I knew this was where I belonged. I'm an open-minded chef who prefers to focus on delivering quality and creativity across the entire menu. I put my heart into every dish I prepare, always aiming to make each one as appealing and enjoyable as possible. For me, the kitchen is a place of constant learning; there’s always something new to discover or a skill to master. I’m passionate about cooking and the energy of the kitchen—it’s never the same day twice, and I love the challenges it brings. I’ve been lucky to work under some incredible mentors who have shaped my approach, including Roland Sollacher, Tobias Pfister, Jean-Pascal Irissou, and Allain Allaire. When it comes to guest experience, I believe excellent service means consistently meeting and exceeding expectations, making sure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
